Services

Do You Have A Minimum For Your Services?

We have a 6k minimum for local to OC full service weddings and a $600 minimum for A La Carte Deliveries.

Do You Tavel for weddings?

Yes. We travel in the USA and internationally for events reffered to as a destination event and not is included in our minimum services.

Do you offer workshops?

Yes, we offer custom tailored workshops to the audience we intend to teach. We offer basic to advance and single to multi day workshops. We offer our workshops to bridal parties, business and artisan and wellness communities.

Do you Offer clean up after the event?

Yes. Our full service events include clean up and removal of the floral designs ordered.

Do you offer candles and other design goods?

Yes, Crimson Floral Co. provides suggestions of our vessels and votives collection for each event with visual renderings of the designs and design elements such as candles and vases we suggest using from our collection tailored to your events aesthetic.

Will i get a sample of the floral designs before or after booking?

Yes we provide a mock up meeting you secure your date within 14 days of receiving the Design Deck.

What is a Mock up meeting?

This meeting takes place onsite at the venue ideally with your event planner present along with place setting and linen intended for your event. We provide a sample of the guest centerpiece and curated votives and vessels to select from our collection.

What is Strike?

This service is a scheduled time to return to your venue and clean up, pick up all hard goods and tear down large installations, pull tables florals and leave the venue as if we where never there. An included service for clients excluding A La Carte.

What is Flip?

An onsite service that repurposes the ceremony and welcome floral designs to reception in an impactful way. Not always an option based on your timeline, venue layout or scale of designs.

Booking

Do i get a mood board before booking?

Yes, we create a custom mood boards called Design Decks that offer a mulit-page Floral Design Proposal. Created for our all inquiring clients. Each wedding we design is unique to you. Each Design Deck features real floral 3d renderings of the designs we have dreamed up for you.

What Is the average floral investment for events?

Most of our events range from 9k-30k. We have crafted smaller and larger scale events but find our full service sweet spot is 15-20k excluding A La Carte orders.

Do you Do styled shoots?

Styled shoots are a key part to a brands yearly relevance and flowers can positively impact the psyche of your audience. Most 1 day shoots start at 1k.

Can I make edits to my invoice and designs after booking?

Yes. You may add to your invoice post booking up to 72 hours before the event date. You may reduce your invoice no less than 90% of the signing total. This accounts for guest count reductions or design increases.

What if my event date or location changes?

Both can occur and we are here to adapt to the needs of your event along the way. We honor event and date changes with a revision of the date on your previously signed on contract to the newly requested date or location.

What if my event is canceled?

Our booking policy requires a 25% non-refundable retainer to hold the date on our events calendar. Most of our clients reserve thier date up to a year if not more in advance making that date unavailable to other inquiring potential clients. We honor a rescheduling of your date within 365 calendar days.
